Inspect

Check the friction surface of the engine flywheel (1) for burning points, grooves and/or cracks

If there are burning points and/or grooves discretely visible

Machine the engine flywheel (1)

If there are burning points and/or grooves clearly visible or significant

Replace the engine flywheel (1)

Measure minimal flywheel width between the contact surface and the holding flange (E) on flywheel (1)

Replace the engine flywheel (1)
