Remove the ribbed belt (5)

Install the engine turning and locking on the flywheel housing

 Lock the device by inserting the locking pin.

Remove the screws (1) and remove the intermediate belt pulley (2)

 Intermediate pulley to the anti-vibration pulley

Remove the screws (4) and remove the vibration-absorbing (3)

 Anti-vibration pulley to the crankshaft

 Screwdriver bit

Check

Check the vibration damper for damage and/or wear

 Deformation by denting could damage the damping function of the pulley.

Measure the length (L) of the screws (4) securing the vibration-absorbing pulley (3)

 Replace the screw (4) when the length (L) exceeds the maximum allowable value.

Check the leak tightness of the crankshaft front seal
