1 Screw bolts (1) into two diagonal opposite threaded holes in crankcase.
Use both screw bolts (1) from supplementary set.
W01.40-0012-01
2 Lay pressure plate (2) on cylinder liner (4) and lightly lubricate or grease contact surface of spindle (3) on pressure plate (2).
3 Place spindle (3) with counter stay of the installer on screw bolt (1) and tighten fully.
4 Press the cylinder liner (4) into the crankcase by turning the nut (5) at the spindle (3).
Tighten nut (5) using the prescribed tightening torque otherwise the installer will be distorted. To do this use an open end wrench, size 24 mm, without an extension.
5 Remove thrust spindle (3) with counter stay and pressure plate (2) and remove the screw bolts (1).
Do not detach or remove screw bolts (1), spindle (3) with counter stay and pressure plate (2) if protrusions are to be measured afterwards at the cylinder liner (4).
