Danger!

Risk of injury caused by body parts being pinched or crushed as cab is tilted

Ensure that no one is within tilting range of cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt cab all the way to end position and secure with safety strut.

Remove engine panel (7)

Detach crankcase ventilation hose (4) from cylinder head cover (5)

Remove cylinder head cover (5)

Installation: Replace sealing washer (2) and

gasket (6) on cylinder head cover (5). Inspect gasket (3) between cylinder head cover (5) and charge air manifold, if necessary:

Install new seal (3).

Clean sealing surfaces at cylinder head cover (5) and cylinder head

Only scraper tools may be used for removing sealing residues.

Do not use grinding material.
