| Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts | ||
1 | Remove air filter housing | ||
2 | Unclip line (1) from bracket at oil separator (2) | ||
3 | Unscrew bolts (2a) of oil separator (2) | | |
4 | Remove the oil separator (2) from the cylinder head cover (3) and detach it from the hose (4) | Intercept the engine oil that flows out with an absorbent rag. | |
Installation: Check sealing ring (2b) for damage and replace if necessary. | |||
5 | Install in the reverse order | ||

Danger! | Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the running engine | Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. | |
6 | Conduct engine test run and check the engine for leaks | ||
7 | Correct the engine oil level |
