1 | Remove air filter housing | ||
2 | Remove shield (1) | | |
3 | Disconnect connector from camshaft Hall sensor (B6/1) | ||
4 | Detach lines (2) from differential pressure sensor (DPF) (B28/8) | For code 474 Particulate filter | |
5 | Remove retaining plate (3) | For code 474 Particulate filter | |
Lay retaining plate (3) with differential pressure sensor (DPF) (B28/8) to one side. | |||

6 | Remove injectors | ||
7 | Remove bolts (4) from cable duct (5) | | |
8 | Unhook cable duct (5) for rail and place to one side | ||
9 | Remove cylinder head cover (6) | To do this remove bolts from cylinder head cover (6). | |
Installation: Replace seal for cylinder head cover (6). | |||
