Disconnecting, connecting
1 Disconnect fuel pipes (1).
S09.20-2514-01
2 Pull off vacuum line of brake booster (2) on intake pipe (3).
3 Detach coolant pipe (4) from throttle valve control unit (5).
4 Detach purge control valve hose (6) from intake pipe (3).
5 Unscrew A/C pipes (7) on expansion valve.
Replace sealing rings.
With code H06 (air conditioning) only.

6 Detach water drain pipe (8).

7 Remove intake hose (9) with mass air flow sensor (B39).

8 Pull vacuum hose (10) off secondary air injection combination valve on secondary air injection valve (Y67).
Mark vacuum hose (10) to prevent mixing up.

9 Detach coolant hose (11) from A/C cycle valve (Y37).
S09.20-2516-01
10 Pull off vacuum hose (12) on intake manifold switchover valve (Y77).
S20.20-2514-01
11 Detach rear coolant return flow hose (13) from engine.
S14.20-2539-01
12 Pull vacuum hose (14) on secondary air injection valve from EGR cycle valve (Y78).
13 Install in the reverse order.
Checking
14 Run engine and inspect for leaks.
