Remove engine with front axle carrier

Remove oil cooler from fan unit, and fix in position on engine with connected lines

Remove lower refrigerant line from condenser, and seal openings with suitable stop plugs

 Nut/bolt, refrigerant line to condenser

Disconnect coolant hoses between engine and radiator package

Remove radiator package from front axle carrier

Hook load tilter into all motor suspension lugs and engine hoist



Remove tensioning strap for engine transmission unit

Secure front axle carrier on lifting platform with tensioning strap to prevent slipping and falling down



Lift engine a little


Do not subject engine mounts to tension.
Otherwise, the engine mount will be damaged.

Remove front axle shafts

Remove screw/bolts of left and right front engine mount from left and right engine support

 Bolt, front engine mount to engine support

Lift off engine transmission unit from front axle carrier

 Engine mount, engine support (engine side)
