Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts.

Deburr repair panels.

Unscrew condenser (1) and turn downwards at the refrigerant lines


Do not damage refrigerant lines

Clean

Clean condenser (1) with compressed air

Max. air pressure 6 bar.

Do not damage cooling lamella of condenser (1).

Check

Check whether foreign matter e.g. small stones remain in the housing of the condenser (1)

If necessary:

Detach grid (2) and repeat cleaning process

- subject to separate repair order.

Check condenser (1) for damage and leaks

If necessary:

Replace condenser (1)

- subject to separate repair order.
