2 | Remove the plug (7) | Check the teeth at the end of the plug (7), replace it if there are signs of damage. | |
3 | Remove the plug (1) and remove actuator assembly | Use a screwdriver as a lever to facilitate removing the expansion plug (1). Install a new expansion plug (23). If necessary, replace the actuator (6). | |
4 | Remove the sealing ring (3) from the actuator assembly | During assembly, install a new sealing ring (3). | |

6 | Remove the sealant (10) and the latch (9) | During the assembly, install a new sealant (10). | |
7 | Remove the auger pinion (8) | To remove the auger pinion, turn adjustment nut. | |
Install: Turn the adjustment nut counterclockwise. If the torque to rotate the nut is greater than 2.8 Nm, the adjuster will not work properly. | |||
8 | Remove the gear (14) and the seal (15) | Use a proper quill to remove and install the seal (15). | |

10 | Wash all metal parts using solvent | ||
