Retighten the clamps on the charge air hoses between the turbocharger and charge air cooler

1	Check intake lines and boots for condition as well as leaktightness at the connecting points	 In the process pay attention to corrosion, porosity and chafing marks. Eliminate damage or defects found subject to a separate order.
2	Check intake hoses and intake lines for air compressor and crankcase ventilation for condition as well as for leaktightness at the connecting points	 In the process pay attention to corrosion, porosity and chafing marks. Eliminate damage or defects found subject to a separate order.
3	Check all the clamps of intake hoses and charge air hoses for tight seating	 On model 671 with engine 457.942 the left rear intake line is routed towards the roof. The cover must be detached from the air filter housing to check the clamps of the intake hoses fitted there.
4	Retighten all the clamps of the charge air hoses between the turbocharger and charge air cooler	 Only carry out on model 613 with engine 457.944.
