Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Remove screws (4, 5) from left fender liner (2).

 To do this, turn left wheel and tire assembly (to make space).

Remove screws (4, 5) from right fender liner (2).

 To do this, turn right wheel and tire assembly (to make space).



Clean

Clean right fender liner (2) and right fender (3) in the contact area of the front mud flap (1).

Check

Check design of the delivered front mud flaps (1).

 When designing the front mud flaps (1) with holes (arrows A), additional operation steps must be carried out.



Install

Position front right mud flap (1) on right fender (3) and screw in screws (4, 5).

 Ensure that the front mud flap (1) is positioned flush on the fender (3) (arrows B).

Drill front right mud flap (1) and right fender liner (2) through existing holes (arrows A) with a diameter of 7.5 mm.

For the design of the front mud flaps (1) with holes (arrows A).

 Commercially available devices/tools
Hand drill

Deburr holes (arrows A) in front right mud flap (1).

For the design of the front mud flaps (1) with holes (arrows A).

Position front right mud flap (1) on the right fender liner (2) and attach expansion rivets (6).

For the design of the front mud flaps (1) with holes (arrows A).

 Use expansion rivets (6) provided in the parts kit.



Clean

Clean left fender liner (2) and left fender (3) in the contact area of the front mud flap (1).

 To do this, turn left wheel and tire assembly (to make space).



Install

Position front left mud flap (1) on left fender (3) and screw in screws (4, 5).

 Ensure that the front mud flap (1) is positioned flush on the fender (3) (arrows B).

Drill front left mud flap (1) and left fender liner (2) through existing holes (arrows A) with a diameter of 7.5 mm.
