Use bracket (1) with two threaded pins. The lower angle piece must make contact at the left longitudinal frame member and the distance (A) from the cross member to the bracket (1) must be 43.5 cm. |
2 | Remove bracket (1). |

3 | Remove underfloor protection and paint in area of marked surface of bracket (1) at longitudinal frame member. |
4 | Place bracket (1) at left longitudinal frame member again and mark installation location of bracket (1). |

5 | Weld on bracket (1) with six weld seams ( ), each approx. 1 cm long. |
6 | Clean weld seams using rotary wire brush on bracket (1). |

7 | Attach bracket (3) at stationary heater bracket (2) as shown with elongated hole at bottom. |
8 | Position stationary heater bracket (2) at bracket (1), align bracket (3) to left longitudinal frame member and mark installation location of bracket (3). |
9 | Remove stationary heater bracket (2) with bracket (3) from bracket (1). |
10 | Remove underfloor protection and paint in area of marked surface of bracket (3) at longitudinal frame member. |
11 | Attach stationary heater bracket (2) to bracket (1) and mark installation location of bracket (3). |
Bracket (3) must make contact at left longitudinal frame member. |
12 | Remove stationary heater bracket (2) from bracket (1) and remove bracket (3). |

13 | Weld on bracket (3) with five weld seams ( ), each approx. 1 cm long. |
14 | Clean weld seams using rotary wire brush on bracket (3). |

15 | Prime repair area at brackets (1 and 3) with primer filler. |

16 | Seam seal on brackets (1 and 3) using white sealing compound, 310 ml. |
17 | Paint repair area in vehicle color. |
