The immobilizer monitoring lamp on the instrument cluster may illuminate during or after performing the diagnosis. This can be reset by activating and deactivating the DAS drive authorization system in the normal way.

Fault memory
After calling up the "Fault memory" menu item, the numbers of the fault codes that are stored in the control module are displayed, together with the associated fault texts.
Current faults (e.g. Fault ) are displayed on a black background in the HHT display, and stored faults (e.g. fault ) do not have a black background.
Procedure for current faults:
Work through the faults as described in the electrical system testing program.
Procedure for stored faults:
Erase fault memory, activate and deactivate the DAS in the normal way and read out the fault memory again. If the fault has been stored again, remedy it as described in the electrical system testing program.
