Leak of filter bowl at fuel prefilter (drawing air)
| Clean sealing ring/parts and tighten filter bowl

Fuel feed lines and connections leaking (drawing air)
| Replace sealing ring and tighten threaded connections

Rectify cause and repeat test; if value is still too low

Fuel pumps worn or protection valve in fuel delivery pump jamming in opened position, driver lever loose or broken
