Unscrew oil level control plug (1). The injection pump is properly filled if some engine oil runs out of the control opening.

Note
If no oil runs out or diesel runs out instead of oil, engine oil must be replenished.

Remove breather (2).

Fill in engine oil until it runs out from the control opening.

Install control plug and breather.
