Connect diagnostic unit.

Use XENTRY Diagnostics version 09/2017 or higher with all available addons. The operation steps must be performed exactly as per XENTRY Diagnostics! Make sure that the vehicle's on-board electrical system battery has sufficient power (more than 12.5 V) by using a battery charger. If XENTRY Diagnostics is already connected to the vehicle, continue with operation step 3.



Program head unit (A26/17).

 To do so, select menu item Control units view  Information and communication  Audio or COMAND  Adaptations  Update control units  Update control unit software.

 If two or more instances of control unit programming or SCN coding are carried out during a workshop visit, the operation items 02­4762 and 02­5058 must only be charged once for each workshop order.

Disconnect diagnostic unit.
