1 Unclip contact spring from red/yellow cable
On black plug XF.B5
(co-driver's side footwell), chamber 5
2 Unscrew ground connection
At ground point on left of frame
(Plug on compressed-air drier for the drainage valve is already unscrewed)
1 Waist rail wiring harness
2 Compressor
3 Compressed-air line

3 Separate cable strap
4 Remove wiring harness
(Upper figure) The wiring harness runs through the right of the firewall to the left of the coupling jaw cross member and from there back over the frame cross member to the right to the compressed-air drier
5 Clip contact pins into chamber 5 and chamber 7
Clip contact pin of the red/yellow cable on black plug XF.B5 into chamber 5 (co-driver's side footwell) and contact pin of the black/yellow cable into chamber 7
6 Screw ground cable to frame
Screw brown ground cable to ground on left of frame at the level of the rear edge of the cab.
7 Screw on plug R37 and R38
Screw plug R37 onto drainage valve and plug R38 onto the compressed-air drier heater
