Connect diagnostic system, start XENTRY and switch on ignition.

 The update requires that at least XENTRY update 12/2019 is installed.
If several control units are programmed, parameters are changed or other operations are performed with XENTRY during a workshop visit, operation items 54­1011, 54­0650 and 54-1022 may only be invoiced once!

Perform initial quick test.

 The initial quick test is stored until the end of the diagnosis session.

 The update procedure is completely menu-assisted under:
MCM - engine management (A4)  
Adaptations 
Initial startup 
Control module programming

Perform final quick test.

 There must be no fault codes in the control units being updated.

If fault codes are still present in control units being updated,



then process the fault codes.

 After obtaining special order.

End XENTRY and remove the diagnostic system.
