In vehicles equipped with Isringhausen suspension seats (code SG2 or SG5), static charging may destroy the suspension seat control unit.
The installation of an additional ground lead at the suspension seat, this static charging can be conducted away.
If not yet installed, the ground lead included with the suspension seat control unit must be retrofitted when replacing the suspension seat control unit.
All control unit shipments from GLC Germersheim will include this ground lead.
