MODEL 212 with CODE (432) Active multicontour seat

 It has been frequently noted that, in case of complaints about lateral support air cushion, the entire comfort insert is not being replaced, as foreseen. Only the lateral support air cushion is removed from the ordered repair kit and installed in the affected vehicles.

This kind of repair is not permissible. The parts must always be installed as a complete repair kit to ensure that the system works faultlessly.

 If, during the inspection of damaged parts, it is observed that only the lateral support air cushions have been replaced, we reserve the right to decline warranty and goodwill claims.
