Due to recent events we would like to point out that a repair solution is available for the Thermo Top C heater unit.
In case of complaints such as:
Glow pin is faulty.
Glow pin has detected a flame before burner operation.
it is no longer necessary to replace the complete heater unit.
In case of complaints such as:
Stationary heater or heater booster develops a lot of smoke or fumes.
Stationary heater or heater booster fails to start or turns off again.
check the fuel delivery volume and the CO2 values before carrying out any repair work.
A repair kit containing the following parts has been assembled for the Thermo Top C heater unit (diesel or gasoline-powered):
- Glow pin
- Burner
- Required seals
Operation numbers and WUs will be available with ASRA update 05/04 Until then please enter the operation number and the WU manually.
