We would hereby like to notify you that a XSF ticket has to be created in the XENTRY Portal for requesting the radio code.
For this, select menu item Parts Accessories query for cars.
Enter the vehicle identification number (VIN) and the following information from the adhesive label (1) into the XSF ticket:
Security code (2)
Serial number (3)
Part number (4)
The adhesive label is located on the radio housing.
After receiving the radio code, install the radio (A2) and enter the radio code via the Smart Radio Multimedia Navigator (A40/3).
If the power supply is disconnected, the radio code does not need to be entered again.
The radio (A2) is commissioned via XENTRY Diagnosis. After selecting the "Commissioning" menu item, the worker is requested to enter the radio code into XENTRY Diagnosis so that the radio code can be redocumented to the VeDoc.
