In the event of damage or malfunctions to the soft top the After Sales Engineeering for special-purpose vehicles for GSP/TPC via TIPS should be always be contacted (roof systems/soft top/

Vario roof/malfunction). For this a detailed damage description with definitive photographs and artwork is required. GSP/TPC evaluates the case and initiated if necessary the deployment of a service expert.

Then a repair scope is established by GSP/TPC If the soft top cover or complete soft top is replaced, processing by the plant is necessary. The boundary condictions for the cost settlement and transport are established in the individual case.
