Application

1 Determine dimension "C" from the drawing.

2 Determine scaling factor:

Dimension C =x
determined dimension "C"

3 Copy template with determined factor "x" on original size

 If on model 204 the chafe protection on the rear fender (transition of wheel well to bumper) has to be replaced, then this is to be shop-made.

Part number A 171 628 00 97 is to be used as adhesive foil.

The template for the contour of the chafe protection at the rear fender (transition from wheel well to bumper) is shown in the picture.

Transfer the pattern to the adhesive foil and cut out the contour.

The chafe protection at transition from the wheel well to bumper is stuck onto the wheel well.
