In this Service Information, we inform you of our development of a lifting device as a special tool designed for mobility in your workshops.

The complete lifting device can be ordered under the special tool part number 405 589 06 63 00 using the traditional ordering process.

Mount bearing plate (1) to frame

Insert pilot bushing (2) of the hydraulic cylinder (3) into the steel support frame

Install hydraulic cylinder (3) between bearing plate (1) and pilot bushing (2)

Then mount bolt (4) and washer (5) and secure with locking pins (6, 7).

Mount bracket (8) to the highest step

Bolt hydraulic pump (9) to bracket (8)

Install both hydraulic lines (10, 11) between hydraulic pump (9) and hydraulic cylinder (3)

Fill hydraulic pump (9) with oil

Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab during tilting. Always tilt cab to end position and secure with safety prop.
