The engine assembly stand (Art. no.: WW-HV 1500) recommended in GOTIS (Link 1) from the Werner Weitner GmbH company, not suited for mounting the above-listed engine.

An engine assembly stand from the Werner Weitner GmbH company, that is suitable for the above-listed engines, is currently being developed, tested and - following approval in GOTIS - it will be available for recommendation.

Engine assembly stand from Erwin Schairer GmbH company:
The MS engine assembly stand as of manufacture year 2006 (Art. no.: 105) with MSAV mounting fork (Art. no.: 109) from the Erwin Schairer GmbH company, as recommended in the GOTIS (Link 1) is suitable for mounting the above-listed engines when specific angle adapters .
The engine assembly stand up to manufacture year 2005 is not suited for mounting the above-listed engines.
The Erwin Schairer company is offering individual conversion solutions for the engine assembly stand up to manufacture year 2005, so that, following the conversion, they can also be used for the above-listed engines.
The additional angle adapters required for mounting the above-listed engines are currently being tested and - following approval - they will be listed as accessories to the engine assembly stand in the GOTIS.
If the manufacture year is not clearly identifiable, then it can be recognized by the features listed below.

Identifying features of old, not suitable MS assembly stand for engines 470, 471, 472, 473:
- Transmission with semicircular housing cover (1)
- The tubes (2) of the MSAV mounting fork are welded to every pipe bend and the joint (sixteen weld seams).

Identifying features of suitable MS assembly stand for engines 470, 471, 472, 473:
- Transmission with rectangular housing cover (1)
- The tubes (2) of the MSAV mounting fork are only welded to the joint in the bisecting line (two weld seams).
