With DAS DVD 02/2008 a new method is introduced for automatic programming of dependent control unit software with "Xentry Flash". This applies to model 204 and should later be extended to additional models.

As part of programming a control unit with "Xentry Flash" in future it will be checked whether additional control units dependent on this also have to be programmed. If this is the case, these control units are displayed in DAS with the respective programming duration in addition to the selected control unit.

This must be confirmed again before all displayed control units can be programmed.

With the new method a note is issued in the concluding order report as to which control units have been programmed automatically as part of this procedure.
