Storage of Battery
1. Environmental conditions that do not affect battery performance should be provided.
Batteries should not be stored at outdoor places receiving direct sunlight. Indoor storage is recommended.
Batteries should be stored off the floor on their own pallets (metal or wooden).
Batteries should not be carried turned upside down, sideways or in inappropriate positions.
2. First in first out (FIFO) system should be implemented.
