The gel batteries from the manufacturer must be investigated as follows:
1. Fill in and send the battery test sheet.

2. Identify gel batteries with the associated chassis number.
3. Fix the battery set onto a pallet and enclose copy of the battery test sheet.
4. Send the filled in information sheet to Exide.

The information sheet contains the following information:
- How many batteries are they?
- What sort of battery models are they?
- Where should the batteries be fetched from?
- Who is the contact person on site?
- Copy of the battery test sheet
The transportation of the batteries is organized by the manufacturer Exide. Should the batteries not be fetched within a few weeks please inform the EvoBus
