When exchanging a faulty retarder control module and when retrofitting a retarder, it is important to ensure that the parameter "adaptation of speed increase ratio" is correctly set.
The relevant ratio is indicated on the type plate of the retarder.
The costs for parameterizing when retrofitting a retarder must, of course, not be billed as a warranty/goodwill claim.
