Specified routing of the hydraulic brake hoses at the disk brake of the rear axle for air suspension.

We would like to take this opportunity to inform you about the following matter.

With the connection of the brake hose on the brake caliper side using banjo union, banjo bolt and two Cu-sealing rings, it must be ensured that the routing angle of 40 ° +5 ° downward, based on the vehicle's horizontal axis, is observed.

The Cu-sealing ring A10x16 to be installed at the brake caliper is a special sealing ring with a material thickness of 2 mm.

Only by using this sealing ring is the required spacing of the brake hose to the brake caliper ensured in order to maintain the routing angle.

The second required Cu-sealing ring A12x18 must be installed on the outside between the banjo bolt and the banjo union.
