Modification notes
A modified charge air multi-sensor (temperature, pressure) is being installed in the model series 500 engines.
Previous charge air multi-sensor:
Part number 004 153 19 28 (Elmwood)
Modified charge air multi-sensor:
Part number 004 153 18 28 (Bosch)
Because the connector terminals differ on the two charge air multi-sensors, replacing the Elmwood charge air multi-sensor with the Bosch charge air multi-sensor requires ordering and installing an additional adapter cable (see Parts ordering notes).
