In isolated operation items time differences of 0.1 h can occur between work instructions and ASRA [operation texts, standard texts, flat rates and work units] due to rounding off errors.

We would like to point out the flat rates published in ASRA are always binding.

With the service measures published after 01.07.2006 time differences are ruled out by using the ASRA [operation texts, standard texts, flat rates and work units] flat rates.
