At the Wörth plant, the process for supplying the vehicles with a vehicle tool kit has been optimized. This should largely prevent the problem of incorrect/missing tool kits at the plant.
In the event that vehicle tool kit is nevertheless incomplete, the reordering process has been changed.
As of now, missing vehicle tool kits or missing components of the tool kit for vehicles supplied ex plant are no longer to be ordered from vehicle dispatch in Wörth, but from the GLC-Germersheim instead.
Missing vehicle tool kits can only be invoiced through a warranty claim for unregistered vehicles with a max. mileage of 1500 km.
An information bulletin for the distribution network will soon be released regarding the change to the reordering process for vehicle tool kits.
