Removal, installation
1 Switch off ignition.
2 Detach electrical plug connection from wheel speed sensor on the rear right-hand side member.
3 Completely expose cable.
4 Unscrew cable holder or guide on brake anchor plate.
5 Detach drum hub with wheels. (35-0100)
6 Unscrew screws of support plate for wheel speed sensor and remove wheel speed sensor from support plate.
Installation notes
Each time a wheel speed sensor is dismantled, replace clamping bush and install using acid-free grease (Molykote 44 Light silicone grease).
Push wheel speed sensor in as far as the stop in support plate. Clearance adjusts itself automatically once the vehicle is driven.
Route connection cable without chafing.
Perform function check.
