Removal
-------------------------------
1 Screw off hex. nut (7) for axial holder.
2 Screw out Allen screws (6) and remove secondary pump housing (5).
3 Remove O-ring (2) and intermediate plate (1).
4 Remove pump gears (3/4) from secondary pump housing.
5 Remove snap ring (15) and cover (14).
6 Pull out spring plate (13), spring (12) and switch-off piston (10) together with O-ring (8).
7 Remove Teflon rings (9/11) from switch-off p
iston.
Installation
-------------------------------
1 Install new O-ring (8) in secondary pump housing.
2 Install Teflon rings (9/11) in switch-off piston (10) and coat with automatic transmission fluid.
3 Install switch-off piston in secondary pump housing.
Note
When installing the switch-off piston assure that the Teflon rings (9/11) are pressed together.
4 Install spring (12), spring plate (13) and cover (14) and attach snap ring (15).
5 Install pump gears (3/4).
6 Install intermediate plate (1) and new O-ring (2).
7 Attach secondary pump housing (5).
8 Tighten Allen screws (6) and hex. nut (7) for axial holder.
Note
The slot (A) in the axial holder must be horizontal.
