The seat control unit performs the following tasks:
Control of electrical seat adjustment
Control of memory function
Control of the easy entry/exit feature
Actuation of the crash-active easy exit function
Control of avoidance of collision with rear seats
Control of the seat heater
actuation of the seat ventilation
Depending on the equipment installed, the seat control unit is used for the following seats:
Driver seat
Passenger seat
Left rear seat (second seat row)
Right rear seat (second seat row)
Location
The driver's seat/front passenger seat control unit is located at the bottom of the seat frame base of each seat.
The left/right rear seat control unit is located at the front of the seat frame base of the respective rear seat.
