Function
The auxiliary heater (1) is switched on directly at the timer (3) or by means of a time setting. The heater controller board (4) then starts heating. The speed of the combustion air and heater blower (5) and the fuel metering pump (2) are controlled accordingly during the starting procedure. The fuel metering pump draws fuel from the fuel tank and delivers it to the auxiliary heater (1). Here the fuel forms an ignitable mixture together with the combustion air drawn in by the combustion air blower (5), which is then burned in the auxiliary heater. The heat generated by the combustion is now available for heating purposes.
The heating blower blows air onto the jacket of the heat exchanger (6). The air heater at the heat exchanger (6) is then transported back into the interior.
The desired interior temperature is set at the timer (3). The controller board (4) controls the interior temperature in combination with the internal temperature sensor.
