Function
To compensate the incoming specified values from control device (1) and the incoming actual values from the interior temperature sensor (3), outside temperature sensor (4), and heat exchanger sensor (5) and to forward the corresponding pulses to the solenoid heater valve (7).
To switch the load current of the refrigerant compressor's magnetic clutch (9) as a function of the temperature of the evaporator sensor (8) (anti-icing protection).

Activation of heater control and fresh air/recirculated air control in stationary heater mode.
Activation of blower stage 1 via digital blower regulator in stationary heater mode and when the air conditioning is switched on.
Notify the diagnosis unit (6) of problems.
