Overview
General
General
The soot particulate sensor control unit reads the signals from the soot particulate sensor directly and sends them to the combustion engine Control unit.
The soot particulate sensor control unit activates the integrated sensor heating of the soot particulate sensor.
To execute these functions, the soot particulate sensor control unit processes the following input variables:
Engine management ON (terminal 87)
Engine running status
Cold start status
Soot particulate sensor
Measurement request
The soot particulate sensor control unit sends the following output signals:
Soot particle concentration in exhaust
