The trailer control valve (18.07) is located behind the rear axle in the left longitudinal frame member.

Model 374, 375, 940, 942, 943, 944

The trailer control valve (18.07) is mounted near the compressed air drier with integrated pressure regulator on the inner side of the left longitudinal frame member.

Model 950, 952, 953, 954

The trailer control valve (18.07) is mounted near the battery box on the outer side of the left longitudinal frame member.

Task

Supplies the trailer brake system with system pressure.

Actuates the service brake of the trailer when the service brake system and the parking brake system are operated.

Holds back the redundancy pressure when electropneumatic control is active.

Guarantees the EU breakaway protection function for trailers.
