This spring element (6.5) improves the smoothness of the gearshift and reduces grinding on the upshift.

The hydraulic gear shift cylinder (6) is equipped with a vent nipple (1) and a bleed screw (2). These serve to bleed and admit air into the hydraulic system.
The two O-rings (6.7) prevent fluid from escaping when bleeding and filling the hydraulic circuits.
The axial bore (6.6) connects the vent nipple (1) with the bleed screw (2) to allow both hydraulic circuits to be bled via one vent nipple.
