S26.55-3000-06
Composition
1 Lubrication groove (primary shaft)
2 Lubrication groove (primary shaft)
3 Oil duct (primary shaft)
4 Oil duct (primary shaft)
Work
Wheel, bearing and differential oil supply
Function
The lubrication of the gearbox is kept constant by immersion in the oil and by the bubbling created.
The bubbling created fills the lubrication ducts (1,2). Duct (1) joins the primary shaft support ball bearings and the gear wheel bearings.
Duct (2) joins the support ball bearings of the secondary shft and of the gear wheels.
To distribute the oil there are also ducts in the primary and secondary shafts, through the outer cap.
The bearings of the primary shaft are greased by bubbling and by means of the movement the casing ribs generate in the oil.
The bearings of the secondary shaft are greased by bubbling.
After defining the ribs and the ducts, they transport the oil to grease the bearings of the wheel and the reverse shaft.
The reverse shaft bearing is greased by bubbling.
The differential is submerged in the oil.
