Location
The clutch oil pressure sensors are located in the lower area on the front side of the dual-clutch transmission.
Function
The dual clutch oil pressure sensor records the oil pressure for the inner and outer clutch in the dual-clutch transmission. The oil pressure recorded for the respective clutch is permanently forwarded to the dual-clutch transmission control unit and it serves as a basis for calculation of the clutch actuator's pump speed.
