Location
6 Hydraulic components control valve
6.1 Coolant pump hydraulic valve
6.2 Semi-trailer hydraulic valve
6.3 Fan hydraulic valve
Y124 Semitrailer solenoid valve
Y911 Fan solenoid valve
Y912 Coolant pump solenoid valve
The hydraulic components control valve (6) it installed on the right under the rear cooling system device carrier.
Task
The hydraulic components control valve (6) has the task of distributing the delivery flow generated by the hydraulic pump to the individual hydraulic circuit and to control is as required.

Design
The hydraulic components control valve (6) consists of up to three hydraulic valves placed one next to the other depending on the equipment installed in the vehicle. The hydraulic valves are actuated by the solenoid valves.

Function
General
For a running engine the hydraulic components control valve (6) is permanently supplied with the delivery flow from the hydraulic pump. The excess oil quantity is led back over a return line to the oil reservoir.
The function: coolant pump hydraulic valve (6.1)
In a not-actuated condition only limited delivery flow is controlled by the coolant pump hydraulic valve (6.1) to drive the coolant pump.
From a coolant temperature of 58°C in the turbo clutch cooling circuit the coolant pump solenoid valve (Y912) is actuated by the fan control unit to produce the maximum flow. The coolant pump hydraulic valve (6.1) opens and the coolant pump operates at the maximum pump output.
The function: semi-trailer hydraulic valve (6.2)
The semi-trailer solenoid valve (Y124) is actuated over a switch on the instrument panel and opens the semi-trailer hydraulic valve (6.2). The delivery flow is led into the semi-trailer hydraulic circuit .
The function: fan hydraulic valve (6.3)
From a 58°C coolant temperature of the cooling circuit for the turbo clutch or from 100°C in the additional cooling circuit for the engine the fan hydraulic valve (Y911) is actuated by the fan control unit . In this way the fan hydraulic valve (6.3) is opened and the delivery flow is led into the fan hydraulic circuit.
