The supplier for oxygen sensors was changed in May 2005 for NTK to Bosch. With immediate effect only oxygen sensor from the company Bosch will be delivered from the Spare Parts Department.
When replacing the oxygen sensor, the following procedure should be observed if changing over from NTK to Bosch:
Sensors must always be replaced in pairs when repairs are undertaken.
After replacing the sensors the engine control unit should be programmed using the current SDflash Release DVD.
In the vehicle documentation system under the screen 2513 insert the SA Code O 01 and then run a query in screen 4311 for a new SCN coding.
Transfer SCN coding and new check digit into the engine control unit.
