Clean contact surface on the rear-end door trim (1) in and around area A.

Stick masking tape generously in and around area A.

This allows for better marking of the cutting lines.

Mark cutting lines on the masking tape.

Observe dimensions (a, b, c).

Cut out rear-end door trim (1) (area A).

Rework cutting edges on the rear-end door trim (1) with files and deburr.

6

Remove the remaining masking tape and clean rear-end door trim (1) in the area of the cutout.
