AS25.00-B-0001-01A | Risk of injury caused by body parts being trapped or crushed when working on thepressurized clutch actuator | When removing the clutch actuator always remove the ignition key and bleed the actuator. | Danger! |
Risk of injury
With the ignition running, the solenoid valve of the clutch actuator can be activated and thus release pressure on the clutch actuator.
If the bleed screw or the bleed valve won't open, no compensation between the pressure of the clutch actuator and the atmospheric pressure should occur.
When removing the clutch actuator under pressure, serious injuries can occur through trapping or crushing limbs.
Rules of procedures / actions of protection
When working on the clutch actuator always remove the ignition key.
Before removing the clutch actuator
Previous version: Bleed screw always turn 1/4 backwards to release.
Changed version: Bleed pin in the bleed valve always activate once.
