Insert a nylon cord (3) with dia. of 4 mm below the rubber lip on the windshield and rear window on models 114, 115, 116 as well as the rear window of model 107.02.
Use a 5 mm dia. nylon cord for the rear window on model 126.
Position at plastic insert below the rubber lip up on the rear window and windshield of model 123.
Mask rear window together with the rubber frame up to
nylon cord so that the contact surface of the rubber lip on the body can also be painted.
Painting on rear end:
When painting the rear end insert a vinyl hose (4) with outer diameter of approx. 13 mm into the sealing frame for the trunk lid before closing the trunk lid. Mask channel area with masking tape.
This prevents paint fog from soiling the sealing frame.
